For use on existing concrete, these products penetrate into the concrete, sealing by reducing capillary voids, which eliminates water intrusion and inhibits corrosion (view examples here).
Moxie 1500 – Concrete SealerA non-toxic, penetrating, permanent concrete sealer/hardener specifically formulated to penetrate and seal concrete up to seven inches. Moxie 1500 Concrete Sealer undergoes a chemical reaction, which stops water vapor transmission (.015 WVT perms) and water migration up to 231 feet below grade (100 psi) and reduces capillary voids to practically zero.
Moxie 1600 – Concrete Cleaner / Sealer
The only multi-purpose, ready-to-use, non-toxic, deep penetrating, permanent, concrete cleaner, sealer, and hardener -- specifically formulated to remove petroleum-base products and contaminants while sealing concrete.
MFS II Moxie Flooring Sealant II
PROBLEM FLOORS? Is your floor coming up? Has your flooring adhesive become unstable or worse?
This ready-to-use, non-toxic, penetrating, permanent concrete sealer is specifically formulated for the prevention of water vapor migration and alkali attack under floor materials and other impermeable surface treatments or coatings.
Moxie Flooring Sealant II, when applied properly, will penetrate deep into the capillaries of your concrete slab, and fill these conduits of problem moisture with cementitious material thereby "plugging up" all avenues for moisture migration. Moxie Flooring Sealant II is recommended by top manufactures of resilient, tile and wood flooring products.
For use on existing concrete, block or brick surfaces, these products coat and seal the surface to control water intrusion. They will not alter, stain, discolor or change the texture of the surface in any way.
Moxie 1300 – Brick SealerMoxie 1300 Brick Sealer is a ready-to-use, non-toxic, penetrating sealer specifically formulated for above grade, brick surfaces. Composed of inorganic, reactive, complex compounds which penetrate up to ¾", Moxie 1300 Brick Sealer undergoes a chemical reaction producing a hard silicone resin seal which outperforms silanes and siloxanes. This product is the most economical, cost effective and simplest solution for practically every brick or masonry application, all in one easy-to-use sealer.
Moxie 1400 – Block & Stucco Sealer
Moxie 1400 Block & Stucco Sealer is a ready-to-use, non-toxic, penetrating sealer specifically formulated for above grade, block, stucco and large pore surfaces. Composed of inorganic, reactive, complex compounds which penetrate up to ¾", Moxie 1400 Block & Stucco Sealer undergoes a chemical reaction producing a hard silicone resin seal. Field testing shows superior performance over silanes and siloxanes.
For use in repairing and cleaning concrete.
Moxie 2000 – Super PatchMoxie 2000 Super Patch is a high strength, cementitious mortar for patching or resurfacing concrete, masonry, wood, or asphalt surfaces above and below grade. Suitable for floors or walls, stucco, gunite and shotcrete repairs, Moxie 2000 Super Patch is not suitable for overhead repairs.
Moxie 3000 – Super SoapMoxie 3000 Super Soap is used for removing oil, grease, and soil from heavily soiled areas of concrete, painted or unpainted metal surfaces. This product may also be used for general cleaning of concrete surfaces. It is especially effective in service stations, repair shops, aviation service bays and similar industrial environments.
